Trembling/Tremor/Tingling nerve in Penis

I am 40 year old (male obviously!).

Recently (2 weeks ago) my wife came back from a trip and we had a lot of sex over a few days.

Included quite intense manual rubbing of penis head - NOT rough - just intense and long lasting.

After this intense session I noticed an occasional trembling in a nerve in head and shaft of penis.

Rather like having a moth fluttering in the nerve - and also quite an electrical feeling.

Feels as if there is actual trembling of some nerve or tiny muscle - but haven't tried to observe movement as symptoms are too brief.

Sometimes makes me feel rather ill, as if it upsets my nervous system.

But usually just an annoyance.

Have continued to have sex since, no problem.

But Occasional trembling in this nerve has continued since - both occasionally during sex, and also when I have not had sex for days.

Sometimes associated with starting to move or walk after being still??

But sometimes not.

I suspect this nerve may have suffered from general overload, rather than any specific moment of injury.

I have tried hypericum 30 in 3 hourly doses. Tried again a few days later.

No improvement.

I suffer from sciatica and have this year had cadmium and mercur viv constitutionally.

Sciatica currently in semi remission, and highly unlikely to be connected to this problem.

I do have a general constitutional tendency to twitching nerves and paresthias (what the chinese would call liver wind symptoms, because the body part trembles like a tree branch in the wind) - but rarely anything like this - certainly not in the penis!

This symptom is much more local and specific than most symptoms I have had in other body areas and I think there is some kind of overload damage to a nerve.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
if truly due to sex or rather penis 'overload' over manuel attention , then start with single "only" dose arnica 200c

maybe due to current medications using--this is first consideration..

if due to posssible sexual infidelity on wife's part-then sexual transmitted disease may be envolved---this will require differnet approach---

i suggest start with arnica...proceed from this point..

avoid all acids...coffee;tea;vinegar ;alcoholic beverages;coke, pepsi, and the like;fruits and juices;...etc..

no other medications or treatments
