Very painful hematoma after c-section
Hi,I've had a hematoma for about 4.5 years that was confirmed on CT a couple years ago. At that point, it was about 6cm. It feels quite a bit larger now, but I haven't repeated the CT, so I can't prove that.
Surgery got me in this mess and I'm hoping to avoid more of the same and deal with this naturally. Ive heard that bellis (daiseys) are good for these types of hematomas, but Id like this confirmed. If it is, does external application help or just internal?
The hematoma is right along and above the surgical cut on my belly. Recently, Ive been having occasional painless muscle spasms about an inch below and to the left of my belly button, which is about 2 above the most painful part of the hematoma.
As for the history of the thing: it started out not being painful and progressed to getting a burning pain when I was on my period and only then. Now, it's very painful most of the time, but debilitating during my period. It still burns, along with shooting pain and the worst type of searing pain when I go from sitting/laying to standing or any kind of bending over. The rest of the month (non period), it hurts anywhere from very mildly to moderately, but its nothing compared to how it is on my period and I can function pretty normally.
I hope Ive been detailed enough here. I REALLY appreciate any help you can give me. Im willing to try anything BUT surgery or conventional medicine at this point.

Dear martin
To negate ill-effects of surgery first take stapysagria 6 thrice on a day.
After a week has passed start taking arnica in 30 potency regularly for 2 weeks and report. if your feel any discomfort taking it dry take this in split dose.

I recenty had a baby girl.I already have 3 boys. But after the C-section doctors realized there was a defect in my post interior wall in my abdomon. Now I have huge hematomas under my skin that are disabling my normal life.
The doctors did not want to do a surgery soon after I had the C-section so they said within the year I can get a surgery to correct the defect. My major concern is going back into a place full of ahestions from all the other C-section and the risk involved in that.
I just want to be normal and do simple things like laugh, bend, sneeze, walk without feeling like I have to take pain pills to atleast feel temporaily normal.
I also wonder how long will a doctor listen to me about the pain Im feeling before Im forced to feel this pain night and day with no relief.
if anyone has had this happen or something similar please give me some sound advice of what to be asking doctors and what i can do to strink these hematomas.
Thank you so very much.

Hi there! I,too, had a hematoma after my 2nd c-section. It felt as if someone had a hot knife slicing it through my skin. It didn't happen all of the time, mostly when I got up from a lying or sitting position. I went back to the doctor 9 days after delivery and had a ct scan. At first, they thought it was an infection and I was sent to surgery. They opened me up and drained the hematoma and RELIEF was felt as soon as I woke up. I know you don't want to do surgery again, but life is too precious to be in pain daily! Good Luck and God Bless you and your decision.
