cure for stammering

Dear Doctors,

My son age is 13. He is having stammering from his age 6. when he tries to speak fast he stammers lot. Normal speaking no stammering. I used to give him Kali phos 12x 3 times a day. Could please advice me which medicine is prefereable. Expecting your reply.
He is short tempered and he gets anger quickly.He likes sweets.
