Little scared to medication!
I just started taking Lexapro last week and it is already helping a little bit. But it seems like I am more stressed in the morning and start feeling better in the afternoon. Is this how it starts working in some people? I have some Xanax too and sometimes take a half when I feel like I need. I'm hoping there are some people who DON'T have a really bad experience getting off of it. Is there anyone who did not have a lot of problems? I had a bad experience with Zoloft so I was scared to start another drug. Any advice? Please help!

Dear Andrew791:
Antidepressant medications like Lexapro and Xanax may be useful when you can't put up with your state, but this kind of medication ever have collateral effects, and you need a lot of time to desintoxicate -when you feel beter- and, in my opinion, this medication brings down your reaction capacity, changing your vital force in a weak force.
Make as you like, but this is a no nice way.
Best regards
Andrés

Anti depression medicines may give you relief for the time being but will revert you in a very bad state of affairs. These medicines have also bad effect on the mind, body as well as nervous system. It is advisable for you to give full history of your case on this forum and get sincere and expert advice for your good health.

That this book is available online and details the Buteyko breathing method for asthma. He teaches Buteyko Breathing Clinic and many other methods.
