extreme itchy and flaky scalp

I read a previous post on itchy scalp but in that certain scenario there was no flaking. (blank">http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/112347/)

In my case, I have extreme itchy scalp accompanied with extreme flaking of a white powdery substance.

It is on the back of my head. I have used various ointments and shampoos varying from Nizoral to Zinc Oxide shampoos. They are effective for some time and then they become ineffective.
I have also used steroid lotions which gave some relief initially, but now even that does not have any effect whatsoever.
So now when modern medicine has failed, is there a remedy to this in the sciences of homeopathy?
Please advise as I am new to this.

what worked for me was Arsenicum Alb. 200c A few drops or a couple of pills on the tongue, take one dose and wait for a reaction.

Itching on and around Anus?

Yes I have itching around anus. I did stool test but nothing showed. The doctor gave me some light cortisone cream which helped at first but is ineffective now.

I have slight itching in nose but not to an extent that is as my scalp. Itching around anus is less intense than scalp but none the less I do have it....please advise

Yes take first for Worms. You can try Cina 30C (4 Pills 4 times a day for three days and then report so that I may advice you the next medicine.)

It was almost within the hour that I got relief, and it has never come back. I prescibe only on Hannemanian methods, never multi doses or mixed remedies. I get good results this way, nobody ends up with severe aggravations which happens a lot with other methods, be carefull with your choices.
