chronic urinary tract infections

My 5 year old daughter has incontinence of bladder and suffers from UTI(E. coli) for the past 2-1/2 years. She is on antibiotic prophylaxis continuously which is having a no of side effects. A no. of homeo remedies like causticum, cantharis, terebinth etc have been tried but none helped. the moment antibiotics are stopped the infection recurrs. She has incontinence also so clean intermittent catheterisation is also practiced with utmost care. She had a spina bifida at birth because of which she cannot stand. Cannot pass stools as they are always constipated and mucous starts coming from anus if she doesn't pass for 2 days. Experienced Homeopaths kindly help her get over at least the UTI
