Hyperthyroidism
Hi ,I have been diagnosed with
hyperthyroidism first time . My blood reports showing lowTsh and high T3 and T4 . I never had this problem before .I have to go futher tests like thyroid sonogram and uptake scan to find out cause. I am feeling increase heartbeat and breathlessness and also some blurrines in my both eyes. My pulse rate is 105 .I used to have 60-65 /min. My doctor has advised me to take Betablocker for increase heart rate . Please advise me some medications as I don,t to take any allopathic medicine . I also feeling insominia.

Please see indian 'Astha' Channel - Swami Ramdev's programme. You will find some Pranayam and Acquapressure points which speeds up recovery.
In the meantime you may take Thyroidinium 30 (3times a day).

Its been 7 years in US now . Originally I am from India . Yes I do yoga 3 times a week also do pranayam for my thyroid .

Good the particular Pranayam 'UJJAI' (5 times)and Acqua pressure on palm below the thumb (atleast 25 times with little pressure)will definitely do well. Try to do daily if noth both the times daily.

It is ok to take Carb sulf 200c ,Hecla lava and calc Flour along with your suggested medicine Thyroidinium 30 . Is there any possiblity of drug -interaction.

Why add so many. 'Pranayam' is a very good remedy for Thyroid problem.
I have suggested one remedy Thyroidinium. Pl try it for atleast 2 weeks.

These are homeopathic medicine Hecla Lava, Calc flour and carbosulf. Could you please explain me acquapressure for thyroid.

Have you ever seen the indian 'Astha Channel' where Swami Ramdev's programmes are coming. Pl. watch, he occasionally explains how to do these pranayams.?

It gives slight monkey's sound during rainy or winter season.
The other is by putting pressure on palm below the thumb which will give little pain. Put pressure on the painful points again and again.

Someone mentioned accupressure points. That's a good one but here's one step better in my mind. EFT...meaning: Emotiona Freedom Training is an amazing tool. It's like using accupressure, but while you are tapping the accupressure type points, you are saying some statements. I found this utterly amazing for my joint pains recently. I had to reapply the tapping and words the second day. The third day, the pains were less than all the other days. Look up EFT or 'Emotional Freedom Training'. You will be able to find a link and you can download a free version of how to do the pressure points. But my best results were when I went to a master EFT person. It helped me know how to say the words better.
