stammering

i have a friend who has a stammer and he asked me if homeopathy could help him. I found 2 remedies which seem to be good for curing this condition these are stramonium and causticum which is best and in what potencies and are there any others which i can try for my friend he has had the problem since he was 5 and is now 30 any advise appreciated

This might happened to atrophy of muscles or Polio et.c please confirm. Morverover this is a very short symptoms which you indicated. Pleas give his complete history/family/history/diagonises and treatment done in past etc.
