Systemic lupus erythematous(SLE)
A girl aged 19 came to me on 14.07 with all papers of investigations.The patient has been diagonised as SLE and was under treatment of different allopathic doctors since last 5years but no improvement is being observed the antibiotic applied on her give a lil relief by suppressing her main problem.I saw her and looked that she is seriously suffering from severe type of oral thrush and also ulcer in her nose.The guardian of patient informed me whenever she feel high temparture above 100 to 103 her ulcer come out all over her body and sometime ozzes,that mainly affect the thigh muscle and below abdomen.I enquired about her past history of suffering like any skin disease but her mom expressed no such history she had.Only high fever is the cause in their knowledge.Presently she is anemic and suffering from dysponea.I only prescribed her considering her main cause fever arsenic alb 200 1dosage alternate day.I request to learned doctor of this forum to help me with their valuable sugesstion.Thanks♥ Dr.Haran ch malaker on 2007-07-15

Please look into Mercury compounds. I suggest Mercury Corrosive 30.

Thank you Doctor Kuldeep for your valuable sugesstion.I would like to request you further as the girl is anemic and passing her days with less appetite as her entire oral cavity is seriously affected with trush.How her hameoglobin can be raised?Suffering from dysponea may kindly be taken into further consideration.Please think over the matter.Wishes you the best

you can try Mercurious if no working then try Natrum Mur 30 one dose daily up to 5 days only.first look at oral trush if that one clear than fever automatically get down.
