hormonal imbalance

I took at least 30 different medicines for several years, but would not help.
I am 35 years old. Have heavy, heavy periods for 8 years after hormonal replacement therapy.
From that time it can not be stopped-
I have acne from my childhood, suffer from water retention and extremely dry tongue that is white almost always.
have severe sinus problem for years after one bad cold.
I am very sensitive to cold, damp weather; like storms very much.
Suffered from nose bleeding very long in my life.
Had allergies on changing of climate.
I like chocolate in extreme manner.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
see that none replies..

anyone knows shat to put on the face, as i suffer from sun spots (as a child had burns on the face 2 times)..
