There are many good softwares, but all depends on your ability to choose proper rubrics for reperterisation. As with any computer programme, the saying
rubbish in rubbish out applies here too.
Basically you need to learn the fundamentals first, before thinking of using the software.
More over, the software helps you to some extant in choosing the medicine only, but the selection of potency, and the dosage schedule are still to be determined by you, which is as important as the selection of the medicine.
