This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hyoscyamus - (Schizophrenia - erotic - bazaar) Plant

Very hurried, paranoid, jealous and sexual obsession - afraid of insanity - they know something is wrong with their nerves - boisterous about their sex life and will continue on if they see you are not shocked. Some children may go in a Hyoscyamus stage after being sexually molested. Dry cough, epilepsy, twitching.

Lachesis - (jealous) Bushmaster Snake
Snake Remedy - most have a snake-like appearance. These types are highly sexed and are very passionate. Sex relieves tension for them, not necessarily pleasure. A Lachesis individual, if not having an active sex life, can become unhealthy, feeling unloved and frustrated. This type also has a hunger for life and needs experiences. They also are easy to anger like the snake. They are more prone to express themselves through anger vs. depression. Strong, fixed expression. Physical weaknesses: Circulation and nervous system. Hyperactivity, varicose veins, menopausal problems, sore throats and asthma, bad sleep and insomnia, palpitations and panic attacks. The Lachesis child: Full of spite, can be hurtful to peers. Hyperactive and jealous of brothers and sisters, especially new babies. Circulatory problems, bleeding, hot flashes, left-sided ailments.

I don't subscribe to the views on appearence nor the references to snakes as such. The rest of the
information is however o.k.

Wanting to be attractive in a love relationship is normal and thus is not a symptom. Somebody not wanting to be attractive would however be a very important symptom.

When you consider a snake poison like Lachesis please keep in mind that all snake poisons have one essential common symptom : aggravation in and after sleep of all problems. If this is not there then it is not snake poison case.
Hyoscyamus and Lachesis have many symptoms in common, Specially suspicious nature. In physical symptoms also they have many similarities. However ,Hyoscyamus is a superficial remedy whereas lachesis is very deep acting.

I guess all girls want to be beautiful. That is quite normal. Jealousy and envy are also normal within limits.
You cannot find the remedy from such meager information. When mental symptoms are not very marked general symptoms are required to narrow the search.

In my opinion you have picked the wrong symptoms to arrive at a remedy. Try to find other mental symptoms like desire or aversion to company, mild, gentle or rough and dominating.
Among the general symptoms you could find out whether the person is slim, average or overweight; preference for type of weather.
