Homeopathic Healing Crisis - Advice Needed!

Hi there.

I am currently being treated by a homeopath for chronic illness - I have ME and problems with my nervous system - sensitivity and pain caused by the Herpes virus. I have been treated to date with Ars in doses increasing from 30c to 1. This initially has helped me. I did feel quite unwell each time after the remedies then picked up again after a few days. I had been quite impressed with the results as I have been too ill to even walk on some days and had improved. I then reached a plateau getting no worse or better, but then started to break out in cysts on face, inside ears and on scalp which I had, had a few years ago but only really get now when I'm really run down. So with this in mind I have recently been treated with one dose of Carc (given about 12 days ago)for my condition and also for the cysts. I and am now feeling awful. I have now suddenly had a repeat infection of genital herpes and have been left with nerve pain again that has taken me a year to get under control! I'm just gutted, but trying not to panic and ever hopeful that this is the healing process?? Is this the homeopathic remedy stimulating my immune system to deal with this, or am I just getting worse? Really concerned about this. Any advice appreciated as I feel so tired with all this. Thanks. Clare

this is your healing process don't panic it is good sing to clear up all suppuration from your body you don't need any remedy now when did you stop Ars. wait another week let see how is going if same candition then we can think about it keep in tuch with your homeopath.any cancern i am more happy to assist you.

i feel the break out on the face was a good sign and its a direction towards cure.

it needed no remedy and it would have got cured by itself.

for the present i would suggest you to wait and see for some days.

Dear All.

Thank you for your responses and kind advice. I am just concerned about the nerve pain that I now have all day long as a result of this 'clearing' from my body. I'm worried the nerves will get damaged more from the irritation of the Herpes virus as this is what the pain is caused by? What do you think? Thanks Clare

Sounds very much to me like you've moved into the symptoms of Rhus Tox, which is frequently indicated in M.E, one of the primary trigger factors of which is of course a period of prolonged stress and/or overexertion, one of the indications for this remedy, but for now I would let things setlle down for a while before bombarding yourself with any more remedies, and then discuss this with your Homoeopath.
