Pre matue white hairs

I am from Mirpur AJK (Pakistan)
I am 24 year old male. from last two year my hairs turn white.
Now hair of my beard also turn white and some hairs of beard lossing black clouer into read and then become white.
body colour is also bicomin brown(red) under arms on testes.

I am student of AccA
I am also a weak person.
my back is also have pain when i bend since two years before my hair turn white.
i was also regular musterbate. since i was 12 years old one a day.I have also problem of prematur ejuclation.
NOw please help me any one.
which can protect my hairs turning white.

I mean after lunch or before lunch. and it is to protect my hairs turning white. ot to remove weekness.
