White spots on lips,penis...PLEASE HELP

Hello doctors,
I am 30 year old male having brown(wheetish) complexion.I have white spots on lips,penis and some small scattered spots on lower legs,around nails(hands).It started 6 years back from penis head and lips and now it has covered middle in upper lips and the whole lower lips,almost 1/5 of penis.From 1 year it is stagnant.Repigmentation is very slow in wounds.
previously I have taken both alopathic treatment for 1.5 yrs in which they gave omnacortil(60 mg twice a week),ranitidine and vitamin and a lotion.But it did not worked.After that I started homeopathic treatment from various doctors(In that they gave ASF,Rub Met,sepia)for more than 3 years but it did not help.
My general symptoms are: Restlessness while being alone,A bit confused,low self confidence while alone but it increases many fold while being in a favourable group,never satisfied with current position,always thinks high,failure makes ambition even higher,Thinking of the past wrongs, Great exhaustion after the slightest exertion,Fears, of death, of being left alone,Thinks it useless to take medicine, Suicidal,excesive sex desire,very shy,generally live alone,worry about the desiese and what other thinks about it,very weak memory;Cannot bear the sight or smell of food,Great thirst with dry mouth and throat,desire of milk; Very sensitive skin,extremely uncomfortable in moist weather,very high itching after a mosquito bites,itching on lower legs and arms,dry skin,frequent boils in childhood,numbness in legs and arms after sitting in one position,hair fall,dandruff;Heavy sleep, Sleepless before midnight,vivid dreams;pain in abdomen before stool,stool not satisfactory;heavy sweat in summer mainly from neck,sweat while sleep in summer,very low odor sweat,does not make any strain on clothes,feels good after perspiration;Likes sweets too much and strong dislike for sour,likes non veg,eggs;Appetite not good;
I have given the general symptoms as guided by the site and I strongly believe in homeopathy.
Please suggest me.
