pimples on back and chest

My sixteen year old daughter has pimples on her back and chest but very few pimples on her face.

The pimples on her back are mostly on the upper back but are scattered all the way down to the lumbar area.

Any suggestions? She's had homeopathy all her life; no suppressed illnesses. She's not particularly forthcoming about answering all the questions -- the homeopathic questions, that is. Like is it a stabbing pain? Is it a throbbing pain? She just rolls her eyes -- typical teenager.

Just thought someone might have had good results with something that has worked for pimples on the back.

Echinacea Angustifolia ...mother tincture....7 drops in 1/4th glass of water ...three times daily ...for 3 weeks.
