Please help me find my constitutional remedy
I am a 31 year old male. Weight : 70kg. Height 510. Married.Some of my symptoms are a lack of confidence, mental fatigue and mental blocks, anticipatory anxiety and stage fright, depression, poor concentration and physical fatigue.
By nature I am quiet, bashful and sad. Before marriage I tended to spend a lot of my time alone. I lack confidence and dread situation where I have to perform something in pubic. Throughout my life I have had an inferiority complex and a lack of confidence in myself. I have never been open and able to share my inadequacies; rather I tried to hide them. I struggled through education because my concentration has always been poor but I still managed a BSc in computer science. I often think that certain people have formed an opinion about me which makes me feel awkward. I also have a lot of pent up anger and emotions. As a child I tended to not respond to insults although they upset me and made me angry. By nature I seem to be submissive and wanting to please others. I sometimes feel that I have fixed ideas which restrict me. For example I will have a thought that no you must not do that or you will not be able to do that. At the end I submit to the thought. I have the fear that I will make a fool of myself when performing something in public. I am ok at reading something but if I have to present something of the top of my head I will freeze and get a mental block.

I think Lycopodium and Silicea come close but I do not have the constitutional knowledge of the remedies to be able to decide. I would be grateful if an experienced homeopath would advise me.

Frankly speaking I myself don't know what is my constitutional remedy.
I believe the same is the case with every body.
Forget about trying to find it out, and get treated for your current problems through an experienced good homeopath.
Once the top layer is removed, the underneath layer is exposed and you need a different remedy.
With a series of remedies like this, you will ne nudged towards better health.
This is the theory. Now, you have to find out somebody who can trnslate this into action. I don't think you can get that sort of help on these forums.
The other way is to self treat, by reading good books, understanding the concepts and applying them.
Many people won't have the time and inclination to do that.
Since you are able to identify a few medicines that seems close to you, one way could be to take one of them in a single dose and wait for a month, to see if it had any positve effect.
There is generally no harm in trying this empirical way, provided you are not too sensitive.

Hi Eurostar,im really sorry to read your thread.Please dont think you will get peace in mind when your other symptoms will subside.Where are from? and what season is going there.If fall you please take 1dosage of psorinum 1M and wait for 7days and after 7day you please start HYPERICUM Q 10 DROPS mixing with 50ml of pure drinking water and take at least 3times a day b4 30 minutes ahead of your meal.Continue this medicine 2 weeks and back with your update for next sugession.You please collect brand and genuine medicine if you can, u can collect from ABC STORE.There are so many good doctor attending here to help the patient so please dont think to go to others.Wishes you the best.Malaker

You should wait atleast a month when you take a medicine on a trial basis to judge its response.
If you intervene with another medicine too soon, you will not get the total benefit from the first medicine, if any.
On the other hand, the second medicine taken before the action of the first one is completed may confuse the vital force, and you may land into some other problems.

Dear Dr Haran , I am very interested to hear your theory with regards to my case. I have tried a number of remedies over the past 3 years but my symptoms return sooner or later. Since you mentioned Psorinum I have studied the drug picture and I think there is a strong resemblance both mental and physical. I never thought it was possible to inherit such ailments until I had read this article. I do have itchiness that comes on in the warmth but I have never previously paid much attention to it as it is not chronic.
