Sudden hair problem

I changed my workplace from Agra, India to Busan, South Korea four months back. I was having an average density of hair but within last four months, it has become literally half. My hair become wet with oil till evening although I shampoo daily in morning and I feel much pain in roots of hair in evening time. At least 10 stands just come out by merely a single touch. Please suggest at your earliest convenience.
