constitutional remedy not holding

Hi,
Silicea is my constitutional remedy. I feel very good after taking it. But I have noticed that the effect lasts only for a few days. I feel depressed again.

I have been taking Silicea 10M every few months.

Is there any other remedy I can take to help?

hi dear u must start from sillcia 30 again thrise a day if u feeling the improvement is stop then u can take 3 doses of calcaria carb 30 in one day then agian start sillcia 30

If you are sure that Silica is still the similimum for you, try going to LM scale.

It is advised to start with LM1 even after 10M.

And, I too have my reservations about taking calcarea to make silica work.

Mr. Murthy is very right in questioning the logic behind that advice.
