Your son is showing Attention Deficit symptoms.
Two main medicines, one is Equisetum and other is Hyocyamus both may work at certain dimension. If your son is willing to stop his habit then Equisetum will work if he just does not care then Hyocyamus may work. Try both in 30C potency.

If you are scolding him for urinating in bed...then you will multiply the problem.
Choice of meds is appropriate.

Asad: Give him 4 doses of sulphur 6C or 30C on alternate days and observe for a few weeks.
If you notice any aggravation/ amelioration/ improvement in between these 8 days, stop further doses and observe.
Since many seasoned/ experienced practitioners think it is a case of ADD, suggest you look into it as well. Do some R&D and present more symptoms. Visit some facility if required.

If you notice any aggravation/ amelioration/ improvement in between these 8 days, stop further doses and observe.
Get some professional help to rule out ADD.
Further get your son's urine culture done to rule out any kidneys related problem.

I hope not but as Girilal pointed out your son may be showing signs of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Thumb sucking, bed wetting, etc., are some of the signs of psychological issues child is trying to gropple with.
Please do some R&D about ADD. Please post back your findings for further advise on this forum. You may also get some professional help to look into this.

Not an expert here, but he shows signs of ODD, oppositional defiant disorder. (Urinating when scolded, refusing to study, sucing thumb at later age.) In addition, check what else is going on in home--could be stress related. i.e., his reaction to handling stress of his home life/school, etc.
