iam suffering unbareble pains on right lower back which advances to my right limb up to my fingers the problem is that iam pragnent by 3 months and the pain is so much that my entire day goes crying

At 3 months it shouldn't really make much difference, due to the size of the fetus, but has the positioning of your baby been checked? It sounds very muchlike it may be a trapped nerve to me.
