reoccuring ear infections - 6 months
Hi, my child is 6 months old. This is her 3rd ear infection, and 3rd different antibiotic, CEFDINIR.
1st infection 11/28
2nd infection 01/03
3rd infection 02/4
She grabs her ear, has trouble laying down, fussy, and her eyes leak a yellowy substance. This time I noticed redness in and around her ear, and she dislikes touching in that area.
Normally she is loves to interact and talk, smile, good natured, good sleeper from birth. She was also diagnosed with acid reflux at 8 months.
My two younger brothers were allergic to lactose (whey?) when babies and had ear infections also.
She is on her 3rd antibiotic, and I know there has to be a better way to treat this. She drinks 'gentlease' formula. I am worried about the effect all these antibiotics are having on her system, but I did what the doctors told me to because I did not want her to suffer.
I have purchased some Acidophulos from our local organic food store, and she has started seeing a chiropractor, just to start to find other options.
I am just starting my journey into the Homeopathic world and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
