Hot flashes

I am 60 yrs old . HAd hystorectomy a year ago. They took out one very large fibriod and one ovary cyst that looked like a miniature group of ballons. I stopped all naturaly prescribed hormones (Biest) and naturally prescibed progesteron.

I have hot flashes that make my skin feel like it is stinging sometimes. Sometimes I have cold and hot all at once.

I had a homeopath treat me but he wouldn't tell me what he was using. He only said it the one most used for hot flashes..it never did work whatever it was. so I stipped. That was 2 months ago.

I read someone on the board suggested Shulph 50m to a lady who had them like me.

What do you suggest for me? What can I use to cancel if somehting I take doesn't work?

Thank you for your help.

I am not depressed. I tire easily. I enjoy my work my home, my family & friends.

I enjoy all seasons but I love it when it rains.

I don't get enough sleep because I awaken several times a night with hot flashes and have to get up and cool off.

Anything else?
