Growth of Hight

Dear Dr.

I am Hemaraj i am some problem with my hight. My age id 25 yr & hight 5.2'. i have increase my hight minimum 5.8'. Please tell me something tips about increasing hight.

5.2' height is not so bad. After teenage it is difficult to improve the height. However you may take the chance of physical exerices under the instruction of physician.
