staphylococcus aureus in throat,tonzillitis

hello,I made a test from throat,found staph aureus alot...Was for consultation with otolaringologist,he sugested just tonziloktomia.
I dont have big tonzilas,and never have high temperature,just 37.1,37.2 in the evening.
I was treated with antibiotics for 10 days.after antibiotick therapy I felt worse.I feel dry in my mouth.
From tonzillas are coming out some round smelly white things.

Please I beg you help me,I have small doughter and I am afraid her to get sick because of me...

Thank you so much...I am scared because I found alot of cases of skin staph but throat??? Am I the onlyone?

I will go to our homeopathic pharmacy tomorrow,thank you.
but as I know here in my place we have drops Belladonna-Homaccord 30 ml
