Is five phos advisable in hypertension ?

I am 31 yrs, overweight,, 125 kg....I m taking ayurvedic blood pressure medication since 3 weeks as my pressure was remaining about 160/100 ...now pressure is under control around 130/90... but i feel weak.... one of my friend suggested to take FIVE PHOS TABLETS..... i have read somewhere that five phos is combination of salts... As i am restricted to take salty diet..... can I take five phos tablets as i have high blood pressure ??

dear patient,

It is advisable to you if you are using ayurved medicine then consult your consultant for rehabilitation tonic.

However, 5 phoses some times aggravate BP, therefore, I do not think it advisable to you. However if you want to continue with homoeopathy then I suggest you to as under:-

Craetagus-Q (10 drops daily for long time)
Avena Stiva (10 drops in cold water at night for 2/3 weeks)
