Lipoma - Fatty Tumor in whole body

Hello! Sir

I am Sajo, 29yrs/M/Married,
I am facing problem due to lipoma in my whole body, in arms, legs some of them in bally area too, these are genetic from my mother, all are normal looks just fat not pain, not too big or hard, and i think not spreading also BUT
One of them is very big apprx. 2/2.5 inches spread at my left side back, near ending ribs, usually it is normal when it press, pains, some time little pain some times hard pain and for long time i feel stress in all the surrounding area too, apparently it looks normal nor reddish, looks normal skin with lipoma, not to hard also.

I have also some urine drops problem and often stomach upset, I am only using selinum 200 and conium 200 (3/day) for urine problem at this time.

conium too some times help in lipoma dissolution. For how long you are using these remedies and on which recommendation.

My Uncle have interest in Homeopathic he told me to use these medicines for my urine problem(after urine pass urine drops)- Conium and Selenium 200 from 7 or 8 days I am using this, and I am not taking any medicine for Lipoma, as I told you one of them esp. when it press even with little hit I feel pain, this is on my left side back near ending ribs, I am very disturbe due to this.

I need Expert Opinion and I have listen a lot on forums about you and this forum thats why I am here, plz do help me

Please take teatment as under:

Calc. Iod-1M (one (single) dose of 3 drops on commencement of treatment)
LAPIS ALBUS-6c (after calc. iod one week, 3 drops per dose thrice a day for 2 weeks ) and report after four weeks.
