cold and cough

I have severe cough and stuffy nose since 1 week. I have taken bell for 4 days since it started with throat pain. Now cough has started and it is very dry with throat pain. I feel like adjusting my throat every now and then. I feel like phlegm struck in my throat. I feel my head full with water. I get slight watery discharge from nose. No thirst for water. Can anyone suggest a medicine for this? Now I'm taking puls. will it help my condition?

please take the combination of following salts:

Kali Mur
Nat Mur
Ferr.Phos

All the above three salts in 6x potency thrice a day for 3/4 days and report.
