small spots on nose

Hi

My son is 12 years old. He is having small pimple like spots on his nose. These spots at first show a small pollen like white spot in them and on lancing only release water. Later the skin become hard and the top of spots go like black.
Also he is having a problem with his sinus, that he keeps hawking.
Doctors say that there is a swelling in the sinus and need operation.

Any remedies please help.
