hormonal imbalance
Hi, I believe I have a hormonal imbalance. I have excessive facial hair on the chin, abdomen, and inner thighs. I haven't menstruated for about 4 months. I have very irregular cycles. Stong body odor. I am also 50lbs overweight. I gain much of my weight on my stomache. I also have brown spots, discoloration on my skin: neck, on my arm, and even on the inner thighs. I am in my 30's and still have acne on my face. I'm addicted to sugar, and have trouble staying away from it. I'll stay off of it for a while, but eventually I get back to it. I am often cold.elyse on 2008-10-09
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please take one dose of SEPIA 200C on a single day morning empty stomach and observe your mental and physical changes for the next one week.
if there is an overall feeling of well being, you will get cured gradually with it.
later, if the symptoms come back you can go for higher infrequent doses.

so I take one dose. then wait a week to see how my body reacts to it? If I feel good, I keep taking it gradually? how much, how often?

I took the Sepia 200C. That day I felt a little angry, but don't know if it had anything to do with Sepia.
I did get my period before I received the Sepia I ordered. I cannot tell a difference.

I don't know if I need to create a new post or not. I feel so terrible, I decided I need to find an answer to my terrible headaches. I get them often. At least 1x a month, sometimes 3 or 4x. And they last at least one day, sometimes 1.5 days.
I got one last night again. it was so terrible I could not sleep for 4 hours. It carried on through my day. My forhead hurts, and the back of my head (skull) and the muscles in my kneck and shoulders are very tight even though I take magnesium on a regular basis. I also have incredible thirst which doesn't seem to be satisfied. Sucking on ice seems to help. Also cold is better, hot is worst. Cold fresh air seems better... also feels better to not wear clothing... light is worst, darkness better. noise is worst, quiet better. When my head aches, I also feel some mild pain or soreness in the left ear, and left teeth... seems to radiate from the headache. I am currently depressed, and feel so tired I could cry... I had a toddler I need to care for.
I also crave sweets and breads... I used to crave pure chocolate years ago... now I crave things like chocolate cookies... and more breaded or doughy foods... pastas...
