Pilonidal Sinus. How can I get rid of it ?

Hello everybody ! I am 18 years old and i have been diagnosed with Pilonidal Sinus about a week ago . The doctor said i should have surgery , but i do not want that !. Until now , the doctor has drained out the pus in the sinus , without surgery , in his cabinet. Now , it doesnt hurt anymore , and i can sit down. On saturday I have been appointed to see him again , and I`m sure he'll say that it needs surgery . By the way , I'm Romanian, and the doctors in my city just want to cut you up for anything.
Now , my question is , how can i get rid of this sinus with Homeopathic medicines ? I see some good results from people that have suffered from this disease , and cured it by homeopathic meds. I definitely need some advice on this.

Thank you ,V.
