Post hysterectory: how to prevent internal adhesions & surgical menopause
Hi all, I had a hysterectomy in July (cervical cancer Stage 1B-pathology all clear now-kept ovaries)& I'd like to prevent internal adhesions and surgical menopause. I feel pretty good right now, just restarted my exercise routine (modified), but want to avoid complications like scar tissue and premature menopause. Any thoughts/suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!AurorasLace on 2008-10-25
