Hi Doc,
Mind feels tired in the morning and the whole day.
From yesterday there has not been gas , though bowels are not cleared completely still pasty. Weight loss still persists. Have skin problems. There are some small boils with itchiness.

Doc, one other thing is , whenever bend down or lower my head or shake my head (for neck exercise) i feel dizzy, when i bend dizziness comes on with probably blood rushing to the face and some vision problem at that moment. is this Vertigo ?

It looks as if there is something going on, less gas in the stomach. Can look like you've had a little more energy, stopped with alcohol, tobacco reduction, and reduced intake of tea. Very good!
As I see it, this is a sign that the medicine works.
When you say: 'My eyes still feel yellow. You mean, your eyes are yellow? Yellow, where as it should have been white?
Difficult for me to say what it is drawing on, have my thoughts, but I think you should go to your doctor to get it examined.
But all in all, it looks like it is a posetiv progress.:)
Do not take any more Aloe, wait and see if the last dose you took has more to give.
Can you say you have some more energy?

Hi Doc,
Well i can say that i feel mentally tired even after sleeping for 8 hrs and get dizziness and neck stiffness .Yes some energy is there.
Yup yellow where it should have been white.
Some tightness and gas is there in the Epigastric. Where my bowels are concerned it seems better as i go only twice or thrice in a day.

Today even gas pain in the epigastric and urgent bowels (but not yellow , dark brown). Tightness and gas in the epigastric,

One question i needed to ask is regarding Arnica Plus by Allens Lab to treat hair loss, now this product is working on a friend of mine and it has the Triofer pills (Lyco , China , Carbo V, Ferrum Met, Calc Phos, Fer Phos, Mag Phos, Nat Phos, kali Phos) all are in 30c, 3x , 6x potency a single pill to be taken in the morning on empty stomach and at bed time with the liquid application on the scalp. Can i take it ? It also says that it will cure stomach troubles (mainly for hair actually).

It seems as if something is obstructing the homeopath medisnene you take, and I've concluded that you should take a dose of Ignatia amara.
Start with 200C and continue with 1M, if needed.

Doc, do you suppose that because of the amount of sulphur 200 (quite a few doses) and Nat Phos 12x / 6x (too) with Nux Vomica 200 ( many doses) my skin became worst and also the constipation type thing and the weight loss became worst ?
As far i can remember the constipation type is actually more after Nux Vomica and weight loss after Nat Phos 12x and 6x has been more. Just curious if that can also be the cause.

Nothing seems to work. I am on Cynomycin 50 for skin problems.
No weight gain.Digestion is still bad.Dark Circles under eyes. hair loss (MPB). Teeth are decayed (don't know why, maybe due to my high acid consumption for so many years), my gum are dark below the teeth.
Last night had a horrible thing my legs jumped in the bed, with night sweat (Is it due to the heat in the climate ?? ) and some kind of pain in the body ,burning and itching and feeling sick and bad sleep , had pain in the chest and also felt it in left arm for a few seconds was changing sleep position , and all wrong thoughts came as nothing can be done about my condition and that life is over for me.I am still very irritated , i get irritated at my mom and i always throw things (not at my mom but i have done it a few times and have even hurt her) when i get irritated with her or my dad. I have always been dis-respectful towards my parents,and have also always mistreated them in front of others. I get irritated with my Dad very easily.I don't like company much i like living alone.I think all this problems are due to the ill treatment towards my parents by me and i am repenting.
Please don't think me to be a bad person by reading the above.
I have this palpitation near the navel.
Now what do i do ?
