swollen eyelid in a 2.5 year old. please help!

hi,
my 2.5 year old has been recovering from what seems to be a viral conjunctivitis. it has been 10 days, the discharge as well the redness of the eye (left) are gone, but the eye lid is still heavily swollen. i started giving him pink eye relief eye drops( combination of belladonna 6X, euphrasia 6X and hepar sulphuris 12X) 3 days ago which seem to have helped get rid of the redness. what can i use for the swelling.
he has fair skin, blond hair, blue eyes, tall and skinny, very active and energetic, definitely has a sweet tooth, randomly throws anger tantrums but gets over them quickly.
i am a confirmed believer of homeopathy, but i just started and have a lot to learn. i greatly appreciate your knowledgeable advice and your time.
thank you in advance.
