4yo Daughter has Hives

When my daughter gets an allergic reaction, she gets little hives/bumps behind her knees. I have noticed this with fish and strawberries.

I realize the importance of Omega's and children's brain growth and although I had tried them over one year ago, I thought I would see if she maybe out grew the allergy, but seems to be not the case. She also got these hives while eating fish sticks when very young too. So, no fish for her.

In the meantime, how can I get rid of the allergen in her system? She had the hives last Thurs/Fri and they went away over the weekend, then they came back again today (Wed)...seems the allergen is staying in her system for some reason.
