Want to increase hieght with Baryta Carb 200, Is it possible?
I am 17 and 5'4' and i want to increase my hieght to about 5'9'. Is it possible for me to do so? I am doing push ups and some abs exersice for last 2 years but never lifted any wieght or like that. Does it Effect my hieght growth in any way? Isaw some medicines like Baryta Carb 200 and sillicea 12X. Will it have any positive effect on me? If yes then is there any side effect of it? and how to take it? what should be its dose? Please help for same sa soon as possible. Thanx in advance..ayush_agg_28 on 2009-03-17

baryta carb 30 one dose daily for three month symphytom q 5 drops in two table spoon of water at bed time silicea 12x one dose weekly for three month pl use strech excercise only
