Female baldness on the scalp

Dear Dr Kumar,
I am 22 years old now. I had dengue and chicken-pox 7 years ago. After that I lost a lot of hair. I also got hair rebonding done twice around 4 years ago. For the last 6 years my hair has become extremely thin and especially at the scalp. My scalp is almost bald. There is very thin hair at the scalp. I have been taking these medicines for the last 1 year but i dont see any improvement. Please tell me what to do I do? I am very depressed. I want thick hair and especially on the scalp.
1) Acidum hydrochloricum 30
2) Silicea 30
3) Natrium chloratum 30
4) Acidum hydrofluorcium 30
5)China=1X
Thanks
