Constitutional Medicines suggestion
Hello,Sometime back when Nesha-India was active on the forum, while profiling me had informed that I would have abdomen, respiratory and backache problems.
How very true. I suffer from all these problems.
Abdomen - bloated as usual from a long time. Mornings I need to go 3-4 times for bowel movement. Inspite of these many bowel movements, my abdomen stays bloated and a particular smell seems to be coming out. I can smell it but not sure whether anyone else in the office realises it. After my lunch the bloatedness reduces and then aggravates in the evening. Once I have something to munch, I feel better. Somehow I need to evacuate in the evening before having my dinner. Flatulent also, While walking and lying down am able to release.
I have a boil just behind the rectum/anus and one on the lining. The one behind itches and pains a lot. A bit of swelling also.
Backache - Mid and lower back pains. At times there is a shooting pain on the right back side.
Pains - I have right wrist and elbow pains as well as muscle pain on the left leg just below the knee and above the ankle as well as inner knee of the left leg.
Respiratory - At times I feel giddy for a brief moment as well as a suffocation when I am in a crowd. At home I need to keep the door and windows open. Can stand heat, drink tea among hot drinks, also am comforting with cold drinks and ice-creams. As such I do not have an aversion to any food. I can tolerate all. From veg, non veg, alcohol, hot drinks, cold drinks, rich food etc.
Baked foods, pulses/grams, excessive potatoes makes me flatulent and and very sure that I would remain bloated through out the day or days inspite of good evacuation.
About me - I am 51 years old male, dark features, 5' 8'' height, 68 Kg wt, have a controlled BP of 120-130 -80/90 with Telmasartin 40 mg. No diabetic, no cholostrol or any heart ailments. Have checked all which includes lipid profile, Fasting PP, 2D echo and stress etc. Bulging stomach/abdomen, left shoulder below right and big chest(breast)
Tend to brood, keep everything to me, fear of any and everything. Dreams big, building castles in the air, stressed, find faults, needs perfection, neatness, careless attitude, lazy, lethrgic etc.
Bald and receding hairline, spectacles for long and short sight, fig warts around the neck, armpits and face.
Not very thirsty, need to pass urine frequently and also get up once in the night.
Tend to awake after 4.00 AM, dont know if it is due to waking up the kids as well as going to play badminton at 6.00 AM. Needto have a complete bowel movement before leaving the house, so takes almost an hour and a half. Need to go 3/4 times.
Occasion dreams but do not remember, wherever I am need to come home have a bath and sleep in my bed, whatever time it is. Attached to children (2 girls) not satisfied with my wife, their family cheated me have an epileptic wife. Partly also hold my father responsible.
Not very successful in life in terms of job and finance.
Thats it.. it was a very lengthy post. I think have mentioned everything. In case there are loopholes or further clarifications pls do let me know.
Looking forward to suggestions as well as any criticism.
Do advise me of medicines. By the way I have taken lots of homeo medicines advised from cell salts, bach remedies and dilutions from 6 to 10M. Total mess and chaos. I hope somebody corrects me sincerely.
Many thanks in advance.
