Stammering - a serious problem

From the childhood I have stammering problem. I stammer in some specific words like a,t,d,j,e,y,z etc. My age is 23. I do regular speech therapy in my home by pronouncing the words repeatadly but still the problem persists. In the office when I give some clarification to my higher authorities then after saying some words slowly and consciously my stammering starts and then I cannot say the right thing and then I divert fom my appropiete answer. As I am a sales engineer some times I have to meet with the customers, then the same thing occurs. After getting nervous my stammering starts, this problem is the main obstacle for my promotion. But in family discussions this stammering problem is not affecting me so much. Please help me

It is very good that your are trying to overcome the condition with real and sincere effort .

Can u describe yourself as a person .

Any ailments that u have or suffered in the past .

Any unusual things/habbits/ sensations that u think u have
