Headache with Acne Medicine

Hi I am currently taking Acne Aid by Dr Bakshi company which contains berberis aquifolium and kali bromide. I am a 22 yr male with cystic acne problem from last seven years. The medicine is somewhat helping but there is severe headache, lethargy and weakness when the medicine is taken. Please guide, i want to continue taking this medicine

I started my acne treatment with Antibiotics, minocycline, that worked only till i took antibiotics, they became resistent after use of a few months

Then I took Isotretinion that is a retinoid, it caused me severe depression, started hair loss, whiteheads, altered sleep cycle, i would sleep severly in days and could not sleep in night. I tried a lot. Then i left the medicine after 15 days. (My mother is a depression patient & father has hyppothyroidism, if that matters)

I took homeo medicine from a local doctor. he gave me something like selenium etc for two months

i started to have severe persistent headache from there, lethargy, weakness etc

it also caused me temporary erectile and ejaculation problems but cleared my face

i left the medicine and acne reappeared

But after a few months I used to have headache even without medicine

I went to a neuro dept and they gave me anti depressants for that

The antidepressents killed my apetite and same ejaculation and erection problem was there

NOW
