azoospermia

I need help for azoospermia. In September 08 my husband had a semen analysis done and the results were as follows:
Color: Opaq Wht
PH: 8.0
Semen Count: 136
Round Cells: 0
Total Motility: 63
Normal Morph: 69
Leukocytes: None

We achieved pregnancy with IUI in October, Miscarriage in December.

Attempted IUI in Feb. 09...no sperm were found to complete IUI attempt.

The only things that happened between Sept 08 and Feb 09 were a stomach virus in December and a sinus infection in Feb.

Current Semen Analysis:
Color: Opaq Yel
PH: 8.0
Volume: 3.0
Semen Count:
