staphyloccocus aureus for 9 months in baby

can anyone help us my poor baby is starting to lose weight and look a little bit yellow.

The baby is white, dark hair, blue-gray eyes, small head and small shoulders compared to his legs which were always very fat and strong.
Now the baby looks a little bit yellow in the skin.
The baby never complains, he is very smiley and sensitive to noises and people shouting. He starts crying if people talk to him in normal voice.
When he was born he was a very big boy he weighed more than 9 ounces. My colostrum was produced in small quantities and the doctors said he was receiving very little liquid and he started with jaundice. When I got home I gave him Chelidonium plus exposing to sunrays.
After 6 weeks and having recovered from jaundice totally he began with his sore throat, and sometimes having mucus clear, sometimes yellow, and sometimes greenish. The pediatrician told me it was like an allergy because he had no fever. But with the winter and the cold winds his cough sometimes seemed deeper. He had excessive perspiring, I had to change him many times at night, his head, face back and chest covered in sweat, and what was strange to me was that sometimes I covered him more and he started not perspiring. This also happened to me. When the spring came I thought that with the change of weather we would be better, but nothing happened he continued to have his cough, sometimes dry and sometimes loose, and also the pediatrician continued to tell me that he had an allergy and that it was just the throat.
Now, that the summer has almost ended I lost my hope that we would recover from this illness. That is why I went with a neumologist (lungs doctor) and took him x-rays from his face and chest, lab samples from his throat, and studies from blood and tomography. And everything looks fine but his bronchi are swollen and also his nose due to mucus, a Sinus bronchial Syndrome. When the baby inhales you hear hahahaha very loud and when he exhales sometimes, its not a whistle sound its like its difficult to breathe.
In the lab tests me and the baby have Staphyloccocus aureus. We both are taking antibiotic Amoxicilin and Sinuberase (flora helper).
And the baby is inhaling Pulmicort, Bisolvon,Combivent. He is receiving a nasal spray and also Claritine for his mucous.

I think that if I dont recover from this bacteria, the baby wont either. And because I am very tired, exhausted because I havent slept well since I got pregnant my body cant fight this bacteria, my memory is very bad, I cannot concentrate, I would love to sleep like 3 days continuously. I tried to make a very easy Sudoku, everybody finished and I couldnt even do one number. When people talk to me I say what?? to have time to repeat to me and to answer. I feel like my other children are a burden, although I love them very much. Sometimes I dont want even to talk because everything annoys me in my home, specially my husband. I feel very apart from everything and when I finally can sleep 7 hours I wake up very tired always want to sleep no matter at what time.
Please help me I am very worried about my baby because I have read in the internet that this bacteria sometimes doesnt die.

I forgot to tell you the baby is currently taking Antimonium Tartaricum 30 C 5 times a day and Calcarea Carbonica in a very high potency ( I dont remember but maybe 50000) prescribed by an homeopath. I took also calcarea carbonica 30 C for 3 days 2 weeks ago. I am not taking any remedy now.

Are these salts to be taken by both, me and baby? or just me?.
