crazy itchy scalp

Hello all, this is my first post. Have bought arsenica alba and kali mur for my itchy scalp and regular dandruff. Do i have to take them separately, eg half hour after the other? I'm also taking supplements like pro biotics and soy isoflavones. Is this okay? Have tried nizorelle shampoo and although it seemed to ease the itch weeks ago it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Not such if it was a coincidence but i was taking thuga for verrucas at the time. Is this a remedy for itchy scalp? Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

If kali mur is in 3x or 6x then you can use kali mur and Arsenic Album at the same time.
