Premature Grey Hair, Hair Thinning

My Husband is 42yo. His hair started greying when he was 27yo. Now his hair is thinning especially at the top back (in a circle)and front crown. What would you recommend?

Phosporic Acid 30c - 1 dose (2 pills) in the morning, every day for 1 month. Then report.

Should be taken on empty stomach (either early morning, before brushing) or around 10AM. Nothing food or drinks for 30 minutes after or before the medicine
