Cold, cough, stuffy nose at night

My son, aged about 5 years, is having a cold for the past few days. Main issue is the stuffy nose (sinus?) mainly at night. Almost a week ago he had a bout of fever too. I gave him Hepar Sulph 200 (wet dose) a few times. Fever subsided within two days. He still has the cold. This evening I saw him coughing with a rattling sound. Physically he is active. I have given him Hepar Sulph almost 24 hours ago.

Do I need to give any other remedy? We live in New York. The winter has set in here. It is cold outside. Need help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As hepar sulph 200 has already been given, you may give him one tablet each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for a week and see how he responds.

natrum sulph 6x
kali mur 6x
