Separation anxiety at bedtime for my 15 month old
Hi, I am a 28 year old and my daughter is almost 15 months old.She has recently had a chest and ear infection which has made her poorly but i also think that she is suffering from separation anxiety at bed times.
She used to fall asleep in her cot in her own room of a night time and now she cries a lot and also gets rather sweaty and is also sick.
When she was unwell we made allowances and she slept in our bed as she was very ill.
We have tried recently to settle her in her own cot again and she will only fall asleep and stay calm if I am with her. She is happy to sleep there but she wakes herself up to see if i am still there, when i am not there she cries again.
She has been teething which i have tried chamomilla and Pulsatilla as well as rescue remedy, is there anything else i could try for her??
She used to sleep all the way through the night but it is very difficult for her to do so now, she is tired but she doesn't want to be by herself.
This also makes me feel anxious as i need a good night's sleep. When she does finally drop off to sleep i am fretting about getting some sleep myself so i can be there for her when she awakes. Please help.
