Question about Remedy Selection

We know, homeopathic remedy is selected by matching the symptoms. If I found most of the symptoms in a remedy, can I expect this remedy will able to cure all of these symptoms? Suppose, Conium has beed described the symptoms Impotency, Premature Ejaculation, Prostatic Fluid Secretion etc; which all are applicable to me. But I fould this remedy helpful only in case of erection, but secretion problem has no change. Could I expect that, repeating this remedy can also helpful to stop the secretion?
