CFS,Swine flu and Infections,ear itching

I am 35 yr old male. Hypothyroid for since 2006.Take
Thyronorm daily. I also had Sinus infections, tonsil

infections, bronchitis etc.
Sinus problem is chronic with PND.

When I became hypothyroid, I had become very

weak,hypoglycemic and had chronic fatigue syndrome.
Allopathic doctors had no medicines except for thyroiod.
I tried many things like homeopathy

(symptomatic),ayurvedic, exercise etc. My recovery was very

slow but from 2008 july to 2009 july I became quite fit. I

was able to do intense exercise for 30 to 45 minutes.

In August 2009, I had viral fever and I never recovered

after that.
Again had hypoglycemic symptoms, dizziness, CFS. I was not

able to stand for long, not able to exercise or walk for 5

minutes. Gets tired easily.
FRom October I switched to ayurvedic (herbal) medicines

like Ashwagandha, Septillin, Liv 52, Geriforte.
It has helped me a little. Also tried homeopathy (gelsemium

Q, Kali Phosh, China etc.)

Unfortunately I got infected with swine flu From December

25th 2009. Had tamiflu from 29th to 4th January.

Current Symptoms:
1.After swine flu My chest has become very weak. I start

trembling when I put water(hot) on it while taking bath.
2.Ear itching is there. feels Slight feverish but no fever.
3.Disturbed sleep for last 5-6 months. Wakes up at 5am

daily. Sometimes many times in night.
4.Post nasal drip- for last 4 years
5.work in very stuffed environment. I was at home from

decmber 25th to January 14th. Felt better in fatigue.Joined

office on Jan 15th. Felt tired in evening. had sinus

headache n bit feverish.
6.Before swine flu also i was feeling feverish in evening

in office.

I take aconite 30 whenever i feel fever is coming. Please

help.
