Hypertention

I am suffering from hypertention for last 6 to 7 years. I have undergone bi-pass surgery too, 3 years back. I am taking allopathic medicines regularly but my BP remains 190/90 most of the time without any headache, but due to High BP it affected my left eye to detachment of retina. I see the objects nearby and alongated, zigzag, blured.
