Hoarse voice

My wife suffering from hoarse voice for last few months. She cannot bear any talks or noise sooner she wakes up till 1 or 2 hours. Sensitive to imotions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give her three doses of Phosphorus 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how she responds in the next 7 days.
